FAQ
How do I add an entry in the bot?
Pick a category with a button or command (e.g. /expenses), then send the amount. Add a comment after a space: “500 lunch at a cafe”.
Can I track several currencies?
Yes. Each category can have its own currency; balances are counted separately.
Does /reset delete entries?
No. /reset closes the interval: entries are saved as a tab in the dashboard and balances start from zero.
What does the AI forecast show?
On the Overview tab, AI looks at the account's entries for the last 90 days and forecasts each category's amount for the next 30 days. It takes trends and recurring payments into account and does not carry over one-off large amounts in full. Next to the forecast there is a short summary and up to three observations. The forecast is recalculated when new entries appear and is part of the free module.
Can I send entries to Discord, Slack, MAX or a spreadsheet?
Yes. In the “Telegram bot” row press “Webhooks” and tick a webhook, and every entry from the bot and the dashboard arrives there with the category, amount, comment and author. Your own URL gets JSON signed with HMAC for Make, Zapier and n8n.
