Receipt recognition from screenshots in Telegram
Operators send screenshots of receipts and transfers to a group, and the bot finds the amount in the image and adds it to the running total. Check the shift total any time: /total in the chat or a report in the dashboard.

How it works
Connect the bot
To a private chat or a team group, via a one-time link from the dashboard.
Send screenshots
Receipts, slips, transfers from banking apps. The bot replies with the amount and the current total.
Close the shift
/reset saves the interval as a tab in the dashboard and starts over. Nothing is deleted.
Features
Amount from an image
AI finds the transaction amount and currency in the screenshot, even in a photo of a screen.
Fee handled separately
Amount, fee and total are recognized separately, and you decide whether to count the fee.
A total per chat
Each group and private chat has its own total; receipts from the dashboard go to your private chat.
Duplicate protection
The same screenshot is never counted twice.
Discord, Slack, MAX and webhook
Every receipt can also go to Discord, Slack, MAX or your own URL: a CRM or Google Sheets via Make or Zapier.
Report and CSV
All receipts and closed intervals are in the dashboard, with Excel export; /add 1500 adds an amount manually.
FAQ
What receipts does the bot recognize?
Screenshots and photos of receipts, slips and transfers from banking apps in JPG, PNG and WEBP.
What if the amount isn’t recognized?
The bot says so and you are not charged for that receipt. You can add the amount manually with /add.
How much does recognition cost?
The first receipts are free, then a fixed price per successfully recognized receipt. Manual amounts are free.
Can I send receipts to Discord, Slack, MAX or a spreadsheet?
Yes. In the “Telegram bot” row press “Webhooks” and tick a Discord, Slack, MAX or your own webhook, and every receipt arrives there with the amount, currency, fee and account. Your own URL gets JSON signed with HMAC, which Make, Zapier and n8n accept.
Can I use the bot in a group?
Yes. Add it to a group via a link from the dashboard, and the group gets its own running total.
